I am not sure who sits around taking video of their TV but apparently some people do, this craft/UFO or object apparently appeared on Fox News during the Sunday inauguration events. You can be fairly sure that it is in fact a drone of some type. With the exception of tightly controlled commercial airspace into Reagan International Airport the rest of Washington DC airspace has been all but shutdown Sunday and Monday for the inaugural events.
