First I thought it was a bird, where I thought the "tentacles" where the "feet" of the bird. It was circling like a "bird of pray" at approximately 200- 300 meters or so. It seems it was circling "nose" inward... After I started taking pictures it left over the roofs of the houses. It was shot with a Canon 600D (T3i) on auto settings with a cannon Zoom Lens 90-300mm
