New Island Emerges in Pakistan, Photos & Video

 The island has suddenly emerged as a result of an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 on the Richter scale. The disaster has killed around 300 people and injured another 700. The island is a little less than 200 feet (90 meters) in diameter and peaks between 50 feet (15 and 20 meters) above the sea level.
