The second half of this video (about the 57 second mark) the witness begins filming with a telescope camera.
At first I thought this was the aluminum hull from commercial jet reflecting sunlight, but after doing a frame by frame view, I don't believe it to be an aircraft.

First part is from the spotter LG cam, then the following footage was taken from a 114mm Meade, 1000mm focal length. This is an amazing capture of a round pill shape/very reflective object and its movement against the wind.At first I thought this was the aluminum hull from commercial jet reflecting sunlight, but after doing a frame by frame view, I don't believe it to be an aircraft.
