Ms Rodwell will outline her theories about the link between extraterrestrial contact and spirituality.
"Such contacts changes and transforms people's lives," she said.
Her speech will examine artefacts including ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics and 14th century Christian inspired paintings which she says reference unidentified flying objects and advanced technologies.
"There is a truth embargo and it is being hidden from the public," she said.
"When someone comes to me about their experience, they think they are going crazy when actually it is a reality."
Ms Rodwell said UFOs were sighted around the world every six minutes and that many were convinced contact with advanced beings was a real.
However the aim of Ms Rodwell's speech was not to tell people what to believe.
"All I am doing is presenting information," she said.
"At least it exposes what I think everyone should know and that is you are not alone."
Her speech will be delivered at the Masonic Hall in Watson St, Pialba from 6:30pm to 9pm.
