Driving westbound in SE Phoenix on October 26 @ 2pm I noticed in the far away distance a stationary object above the mountains. I could not video at first sighting as it was too far away. As I got closer to my exit I did manage to get this video. It was nothing like anything I have ever seen in the sky before...ever. From this distance, it does have the appearance of a disc.
